DVD DIME TIME! “The Live” (Unrated Edition)
Seperti sebuah ritual, setiap bulannya I have to watch a movie. Well kemarin bersama adik-adik gwe go out for some DVD. Beberapa judul terpilih bukan hanya karena pertimbangan “kayaknya bagus” tapi kwalitas di layar dan sound yang “lumayan” sudah membuat kita untuk memutuskan. Bajakan? Jeg sube jelas tho! but hey the good think about this DVD shop mereka tidak menjual DVD bajakan lokal. Skip..this not about what those story.
So what do we have in hand after almost 30 minute pic and sneak… we have “Eight Below (basi!), Pride & Prejudice (basi!), 40 day and 40 night (basi!), X-Men (basi!), and Firewall (basi!). Pernah dengar rumor kalau di toko ini juga ada DVD semi or event porn movie…but where in the hell they put those movie and how they manage to sale it? My sister told me to ask the sales girl. So I ask them… Mereka ngasi petunjuk “Cari dibawah rak playstation section mas, buka aja lemari dibawahnya nanti pilih sendiri.” So I go for it…cukup mengecewakan dari covernya aja sudah kelihatan “they hiding this for just a movie like this?”
Nggak ada satupun yang kelihatan menarik and they not even look like a semi/porn DVD. They just more like a cheap cost movie. Tapi tidak juga menyurutkanku untuk tetap membongkar tumpukan DVD itu, one of DVD slip to my hand…”THE LIFE” yang jelas wajah Denise Richard on the cover yang membuat gwe menarik DVD ini dari tumpukan….wuuu…ada Daril Hannah for bonus Ok…percaya kalau penampilan Denise Richard emang sedikit semi, So I toke the DVD.
I’m not going to tell you how was the movie detail in here…couse it’s a good movie. Jauh dari harapan gwe untuk menonton film semi, this movie is about entering the world’s oldest profession “working prostitues”, from the highest paid call girls to the truck stop hookers. “The interviews”, itu yang membuat film ini menarik, kelewatan kalau film ini membuat luw horny…berarti kamuh lebih ngepet dari saya hahaha you just don’t get the point then…(*ya ser…ser sikit ok laawww…) Terlepas dari ini kisah nyata, or not setidaknya mereka bisa menampilkan wajah jujur dari pekerja sex yang di interview.
Oh ya, you know what…di film ini juga menunjukan harapan dan cita-cita pelacur-pelacur ini tidak jauh dengan putri-putri kecantikan dunia simple as is “a world piece“.
